We have been welcoming the first members of our private cask community along to our distillery to fill their casks in person and what an experience it has been. It has been a privilege to meet cask owners from across the country (and further afield) in St Andrews and give them a first look at our new distillery. Hearing the stories from our community about why they have bought a cask with us, and what it means to them, has been inspiring.

If you’ve ever wondered what the flora from the hallowed grounds of St Andrews’ Old Course taste like in liquid form, wonder no more.

The beating heart of the distillery, the two hand-crafted copper stills were manufactured by LHS in Speyside and designed in collaboration with our head distiller, Scott Ferguson, to achieve a light, floral new make spirit similar to that which he distilled back in 2014 on our original stills.
