Our 'New Make Spirit' Halloween Cocktails 🎃

Do you dare to try something new?

What do you get when you combine Fife barley, local yeast, a 72-hour fermentation and a double distillation? A light, fruity new make spirit at 63.5% ABV, packed full of flavour. 

Featured on The Lookout Bar Cocktail menu at our new distillery, you'll find a handful of drinks made with this delicious spirit. Due to its strength we have created a unique series of JUST ONE cocktails, where we will only allow guests one cocktail which has sparked both intrigue and delight in equal measure.

With halloween just around the corner our in-house mixologist Laurie has created two special spooky cocktails that you can try at home with our New Make Spirit which is now available online and at our distillery at just £25.

After Life

30ml Eden Mill New Make Spirit

25ml Green Chartreuse

20ml Orange Liqueur

2 dashes of Orange Bitters

Simply stir the ingredients in a chilled mixing glass with lots of ice and serve in a chilled 'Nic and Nora' glass

After Death

30ml New Make Spirit

25ml Dry Vermouth

15ml Violet Liqueur

A bar spoon of Amaro (approx 5ml)

1 dash of Peychauds Bitters

2 dashes Orange Bitters

Stir ingredients in a chilled mixing glass with lots of ice and serve in a chilled 'Nic and Nora' glass over a maraschino cherry.
