Gin Showcase in the Waitrose Weekend Magazine

With our new-look Golf Gin now on the shelves of Waitrose stores across the country, we have been carefully planning how to support this great new listing. 

Our endeavors started with a feature in the Waitrose Weekend magazine, which was published on 8 May. We had a Meet the Producer feature in the Gin Showcase pullout where our Head Distiller, Scott, talked about the ins and outs of his role and what went into making our new Golf Gin special.

It also included a special serve for Golf Gin called the Raspberry Rollover. A refreshing, fruity highball, this cocktail is absolutely perfect for a warm summer's day - the ideal tipple following a round of golf. The plus side? It's a bit more elevated than the classic G&T but still really easy to make at home.

The Raspberry Rollover

50ml Golf Gin

20ml fresh lemon juice

10 raspberries muddled with sugar to make a syrup

Lemonade

Shake the gin, lemon juice and muddled raspberries then strain into an ice-filled highball. Top up with lemonade then stir and garnish with raspberries and a lemon wheel.
