Situated on the banks of the Eden Estuary overlooking the picturesque town of St Andrews, we are proud to craft a range of delicious Scottish gins and premium single malt Scotch whisky.

Just a ten-minute drive from the centre of St Andrews, our new visitor centre will open to the public on 11 October and we are excited to be able to welcome guests from all over the world through our doors. With immersive gin and whisky experiences, a retail space and a beautiful top-floor cocktail bar, there will be lots to discover.

Built with sustainability in mind, our distillery is now fully operational. All our electricity will be from renewable sources, coming primarily from the University of St Andrews solar farm. We have installed the infrastructure to capture the carbon dioxide produced during the fermentation process and our effluent waste will be collected by Scottish biotechnology firm, MiAlgae, and used to produce sustainable Omega-3s.
