Our new partnership with Welcome to Fife

To celebrate the exciting opening of our new Distillery and Visitor Centre on the banks of the Eden Estuary overlooking the iconic St Andrews skyline, we’ve teamed up with Welcome to Fife – the tourism brand for the Kingdom of Fife – to promote our spiritual home as the perfect place to enjoy a short break.
Established in the village of Guardbridge, three miles outside St Andrews in 2012, Eden Mill became the first to make spirits in this area of Fife in over 150 years. Our original distillery has since closed, and we are weeks away from officially opening our new sustainable home on the site of an old paper mill in the same village where it all began for us 13 years ago.
Not only is it our spiritual home, the region of Fife also provides us with several botanicals sourced locally to the distillery, including those drawn from gorse and heather that line the fairways and bunkers of the world-famous Old Course where you can spot our new distillery from the sixth hole!
St Andrews is the perfect place to enjoy a short break or a day trip. It’s a town rich in history and culture with a lively atmosphere and lots to see and do. You can explore the fascinating medieval remains of St Andrews Cathedral, visit the R&A World Golf Museum, feel the thrill of landyachting or take to the sea and try surfing at West Sands Beach. For those searching for culinary delights, the town boasts an exciting array of restaurants, cafes, bars and even a famous ice cream parlour to suit every taste. From shacks serving fresh seafood and gourmet cheese toasties to fine dining and rooftop sundowners, St Andrews serves up unforgettable food and drink experiences. And now you can visit our new home and enjoy a whisky tour or gin experience before savouring a cocktail with stunning views.
The town is also a great base from which to explore the wider Fife area. Visit the beautiful East Neuk boasting a spectacular coastline dotted with picturesque fishing villages, or venture further afield and explore historic Dunfermline, Scotland’s newest city. Outlander fans will recognise the cobbled streets in the quaint villages of Culross and Falkland, and art lovers can visit Leven beach to see why it inspired Jack Vettriano’s famous painting “The Singing Butler”.
To celebrate the Kingdom we call home, we’ve teamed up with Welcome to Fife to offer one lucky winner and a companion the chance to WIN a luxury 2-night break to St Andrews. Stay and dine at the iconic Rusacks St Andrews, savour dinner at The Adamson a two AA Rosette restaurant, indulge your senses in a private sauna session at West Sands Beach with Wild Scottish Sauna and enjoy a whisky tour or gin experience at our new Distillery and Visitor Centre! It’s the ultimate short break in Fife and it could be yours to enjoy. Enter now at www.welcometofife.com/edenmill
