Single Malt & Blended Whisky range

Whisky

The Eden Mill story encompasses the uncompromising approach we take in making our whisky.

With the history of distilling on our site, the heritage and reputation of St Andrews and the industry experience of our founder we are on a mission to create the ultimate small batch Blended whisky and Single Malt whisky ranges for our discerning followers to enjoy.

Inspired by the pioneering spirit of the Haig family and many other greats who have carved their name on the town's illustrious history, Paul Miller and a team of three began alcohol production from the old derelict site in 2012

There is an increasing recognition of the skill of the blender and the knowledge behind creating really special whisky.  This is because it’s not mass produced – it is small-batch whisky; distinctive, full of flavour and very special. There is a realisation, now more than ever that the value of good whisky is no longer just about its age.

Re-determining value and quality is opening up a whole new world of adventure for you – our enthusiastic, increasingly knowledgeable and discerning whisky loving friends.

We initially launched our new make spirit which was followed by our 1-year old expressions. We then launched our 2-year old expressions and these are the prelude to the launch of our maiden Single Malt whisky in 2018. The first three batches of our Art of the Blend blended whisky are virtually sold out and we recently launched the eagerly awaited Batch 4.

In April 2018 we launched our first ever Single Malt Whisky. Our Hip Flask Series is a progressive and pioneering range of single cask expressions of Eden Mill single malt scotch whisky.

Single Malt

In April 2018, we released our very own single malt whisky. We're really excited to let you in on what we have been working on and our Hip Flask Series is now available and we believe it truly is something special.

There are multiple expressions available and we will showcase each of the special and unique concoctions our distillers have been maturing.
