In celebration of Hogmanay, Eden Mill are delighted to unveil our first-ever Cask Strength Single Malt. The Scots word ‘Hogmanay’ refers to the last day of the year and to the celebration of the coming New Year.  Eden Mill wanted to celebrate Hogmanay this year by releasing a small batch of only 200 bottles of Cask Strength whisky to toast in celebration of 2021. This whisky is a Cask Strength version of our 2020 Release Single Malt, released in celebration of St. Andrews Day earlier this year.

Eden Mill are so proud to showcase the evolution of our cask and spirit as it ages and develops throughout the years. This special release is the first Cask Strength whisky that Eden Mill has ever released and we are very excited to let our audience try our whisky as it tastes straight from the cask in its purest form. 

This liquid, created by our Head Distiller Scott Ferguson, was created by incorporating Bourbon, Pedro Ximenez and Oloroso barrels as well as spirit distilled using Pale, Chocolate, Brown and Crystal Malt Barley.
