These terms and conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry instructions are deemed to form part of the terms and conditions and by participating, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the terms and conditions. Please retain a copy for your information.
The competition is being run via the official Eden Mill Trip Advisor account.
Internet access is required to enter.
The chosen winner must be based in the United Kingdom and be able to verify their review.

PRIZE DRAW RULES

The competition is open to residents of GB/ CI and IOM.
Participants must be aged 18 years or over, and participation excludes promoter employees and their families, its agents or anyone professionally connected with this promotion.
The competition is valid for entry from, 00:01 03/05/2024 and closes 23:59 01/07/2024.
One maximum entry per person.

ENTRY PROCESS

Visitors to The Eden Mill Experience who leave a review of ‘Share the Love Gin Cocktail Masterclass’ will automatically be entered into the competition. The winner will be drawn at random and will be notified through the comments section of Trip Advisor. A notification will be sent to the winner via their registered Trip Advisor email address. Please ensure you have notifications enabled.
The winners’ details will not be passed on to any third parties and they will not receive any correspondence from Eden Mill apart from administering the prize as part of this competition unless they opt-in for further correspondence.
Winner selection: The winner of the tickets will be selected randomly from the submitted reviews.
Prize claim is subject to verification including but not limited to asking for proof of address and ID which the entrant must provide within 7 days. The promoter reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to withdraw prize entitlement or refuse to award a prize where there is, or the promoter has reason to believe there is, or has been, a breach of these terms and conditions or the spirit of the promotion has been compromised.
Prize claims will be subject to proof of entry.
Winner will be informed immediately of their win. If either the prize is declined or the winner cannot be contacted within 28 days, the promoter reserves the right to withdraw prize entitlement and a supplementary winner may be drawn at the promoter’s discretion.
No other prize alternative available, in whole or in part and, unless otherwise agreed with the promoter, all prizes will be awarded directly to the winners only. In the event of circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the promoter, the promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative of equal or greater value.
The promoter reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions and/or terminate the promotion owing to exceptional circumstances beyond its reasonable control and only where circumstances make this unavoidable.
The decision of the promoter in all promotional matters is final and binding.
Any question concerning the legal interpretation of these terms and conditions will be based on English law and the Courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction unless you live in another part of the GB, CI or IOM, in which case your local courts will have jurisdiction.
