- 25ml Eden Mill Wildcard Gin
- 1 Scoop raspberry sorbet
- Sparkling wine, to top
- Lime and mint to garnish
- Place the raspberry sorbet into a chilled coupe glass.
- Carefully pour the Eden Mill Wildcard Gin and top with sparkling wine.
