Elegant wine notes and background bitterness from tonic water play beautifully with the summer fruit notes of Eden Mill Wildcard Gin.
- 35ml Eden Mill Wildcard Gin
- 50ml Rosé wine
- Premium light tonic and soda water (eg. Fever Tree)
- Strawberries and orange to garnish
- Cubed ice
- Using a sharp knife, slice the strawberries into quarters and orange into semi-circles.
- Carefully build all the ingredients in a large wine glass full of cubed ice.
- Garnish with the strawberries and orange for a fruity drink that’s perfect for summer.
