A classic gin sour with a twist. Fresh mint and the slightest suggestion of coconut complement perfectly the red fruit and gentle spice of Eden Mill Wildcard Gin.
- 50ml Eden Mill Wildcard Gin
- 20ml Fresh lime juice
- 10ml Sugar syrup
- 5ml Coconut syrup
- 10ml Egg white / 2 dashes of non-dairy foamer
- Sprig of mint, plus leaves to garnish
- 4 Raspberries
- Ice
- Shake all ingredients in a cocktail shaker.
- Strain into a chilled coupe glass and garnish with a mint leaf.
