Mon Cheri Cocktail | Made with Love Gin

Get ready for a Valentines Day with your one true Love (Gin)
The Mon Cheri Cocktail made using our Eden Mill Love Gin is a deliciously fresh and fruity serve with a pop of cherry.
Serving Glass : Large Red Wine Glass
Ingredients
  •  2 x Maraschino cherries (halved)
  • Tsp Maraschino cherry syrup
  • 2 x Strawbs (halved)
  • Granulated sugar
  • 50ml Love Gin
  • 100ml Lemonade
  • Ice 

 

How to make

  1. Wet half glass rim with halved Strawberry, dip in sugar
  2. Add fruit & syrup to glass and muddle
  3. Add Love Gin and ice
  4. Stir with bar spoon, bringing muddle fruit up to the top of glass
  5. Top with lemonade
  6. Garnish with Maraschino cherry

Nose: Touch of warm spiced berries - strawberry, raspberries with sweet vanilla, and green fruits. Finishing with very delicate citrus pink grapefruit and floral rose petals.

Taste: Taste of rhubarb spice and sweet strawberries with vanilla, finishing with green apple citrus and a hint of rose water.

Finish: Sharp, sweet, and fruity with soft vanilla notes.
