WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

50ml Eden Mill Love Gin
Rhubarb Soda (We chose Bon Accord Rhubarb Soda)
2-3 Raspberries

Method:

To make this refreshing serve, start by pouring 50ml of our signature Eden Mill Love Gin into a highball glass filled with ice.

Next, top it up with tangy Rhubarb Soda, and watch as the bubbles dance around.

Finally, add 2-3 plump raspberries as a garnish, and let their juicy goodness mingle with the drink. Sip it slowly and savour the perfect balance of sweet and sour flavours.
