- 50ml Eden Mill Wildcard Gin
- Premium light tonic water (eg. Fever Tree)
- 2 Lime wheels
- 2 Raspberries
- Cubed ice
- Use a sharp knife to cut two fresh lime wheels.
- Carefully build all the ingredients in a highball glass full of cubed ice.
- Garnish with lime wheels and raspberries for the perfect summer serve.
