FAQ'S
Please arrive 10 minutes before your experience and meet at the welcome area of our distillery where our host will be ready to greet you. You will receive a QR code with your confirmation email that we will check you in, so please bring your phone.
Part of this experience will include a tour of the operational distillery so please wear sensible footwear. Heels, open toe sandals etc. are not permitted.
Any children from the ages 8+ are permitted on this tour only when accompanied by a responsible adult over the age of 18 throughout their tour. There will be a soft drink option available.
This venue follows the Challenge 25 policy for anyone who will be consuming/buying alcohol so please bring ID as proof of being over 18.
All experiences at our distillery are fully accessible for wheelchair users.
At the point of booking, please advise us of any accessibility and dietary requirements.
