We are proud to unveil an extraordinary cask-strength single cask release, crafted to commemorate the opening of our new distillery in St Andrews. With only 225 bottles available, this rare, cask strength single cask is set to be one of the most coveted bottles in our collection.

ABV: 60.2% – Bold, robust, and truly exceptional.

Tasting Notes:

Aroma: Fresh wood shavings intertwined with vibrant lemon sherbets, followed by the gentle, smoky scent of smouldering hay.

Palate: A bright, zesty introduction of lemon and orange peel sharpness, evolving into rich dried apricot. This gives way to a delicate floral bouquet of lavender and a touch of heather honey.

Finish: A lasting conclusion of indulgent sticky toffee pudding, vanilla, and lingering notes of fresh wood shavings.

As with our previous releases, demand is expected to be high, and both of our past two limited editions sold out in under 24 hours.
