ORIGINAL GIN
As its name may suggest, Original Gin was the first ever Gin that we crafted in our old distillery and is our 'house expression'.
Sea buckthorn berries are the key botanical in Original Gin. These small but mighty berries grow in harsh, salty coastal conditions and have a distinct, bright orange colour. They are tart but surprisingly sweet, and we get them from Sea Buckthorn Scotland, who practice sustainable foraging techniques in Lothian. We also use Scottish honeyberries, another unique fruit with a zesty and flavourful profile. Both of these vibrant berries are paired with Scottish fennel for an aromatic hint and we also use kombu seaweed in Original Gin as a nod to our coastal roots.
LOVE GIN
Our decadent pink expression, Love Gin was originally created as a limited release for Valentine's Day a few years ago but was adored so much that it has remained part of our range ever since.
We get our juicy raspberries and strawberries from Fife Fruits at Tarvit Home Farm, just seven miles away from our distillery. This berry combination gives Love Gin its fruity and lightly sweet profile, which we cut with tart Scottish rhubarb. We also use red rose petal to bring a gentle floral (and romantic) touch to this delicious gin.
The heart-shaped illustration, carefully designed by Ella Ginn, showcases some of the things that people love about our beautiful hometown of St Andrews. You'll be able to spot the cobblestone streets, a beach bonfire and Hamish McHamish who was the town's adored cat.
Original's illustration features the striking ruins of St Andrews Cathedral, the waves of the North Sea crashing against the coastal cliffs and a selection of the unique botanicals we've picked for this crisp and refreshing London Dry Gin.
GOLF GIN
Inspired by the Home of Golf, our Golf Gin is the only gin in existence to be distilled with botanicals foraged from one of the most iconic golf courses in the world - the Old Course.
Our distilling team picked gorse, heather and lavender from the course and complemented it with Scottish kombu seaweed to add a subtly saline touch to the heady floral notes. The result? A classic and refreshing London Dry gin crafted with botanicals that tell a unique story.
Look closely at the intricate illustration on the label and you'll spot the Swilcan Bridge, a golf flag and our three peaked-distillery, along with some of our botanicals.
