As two craft producers from along Scotland’s east coast, both Eden Mill and COCO Chocolatier are a match made in heaven and have a single-minded focus on product origin and quality. 

Tapping into Fife’s rich larder, we work with local farmers and artisans to source fresh, local botanicals for our gin.

Similarly, COCO Chocolatier sources their cocoa 'at origin', meaning all beans are harvested and processed in Colombia, before being shipped to the chocolatiers in Edinburgh to make their high end chocolate bars.
