Our standard delivery cost for orders with a value under £35 will be £6.00

A standard surcharge applies to deliveries to remote postcode areas. This cost will appear on the checkout once the delivery postcode is entered.

We strive to dispatch all our orders within 24 hours of receiving them. Our average delivery window is 2 working days, however in certain circumstances delivery may take longer.

A remote postcode is defined as islands and highlands; or a postcode/zip code that is difficult to serve; or a suburb/town that is distant, inaccessible or infrequently served. 

A surcharge is applied per shipment when the delivery destination location is remote.

Below is a list of remote postcodes where surcharges are applied by our courier, DPD. Eden Mill do not profit from international or remote delivery charges. DPD, provide insurance to cover lost or damaged goods.

You will receive a email notification from DPD to advise when to expect your order to arrive after we have dispatched it from our warehouse.

DPD will ask to see I.D. for the delivery of your order if either yourself or the person taking the parcel in, looks to be below 25 years of age.
