The contents of the Website or any verbal communication from Eden Mill do not constitute advice and should not be relied upon in making or refraining from making any decision.
General information or technical guidance relating to products is sourced externally. Eden Mill will always endeavour to keep such information up to date, accurate, and reliable.

By maintaining your subscription on the Website by opting in, you agree to receive communications and promotions from Eden Mill. Eden Mill will endeavour to ensure that any priced item on the Website is available for delivery per the notified timescale on the Website.
Items that require a price to be quoted cannot be ordered online.
Periodically, Gin, Whisky and Beer are made only in small batches and can sell out very quickly. These batches are identified as ‘Limited Edition’ or Limited Stock’ on the respective product page for your information. Units are entered into the web stock and as products reach the checkout and a sale is completed, it is then that they are deducted from stock.
Holding or storing products in your basket does not guarantee their final availability at the checkout.
Any order placed by you will only be treated as an offer to purchase the goods or services from us and we have the right to reject such offers at any time. You acknowledge and accept that any automated acknowledgment of your order which you may receive from us shall not amount to our acceptance of your offer to purchase goods or services advertised on the Website. The conclusion of a contract between you and us will take place when we (i) debit your credit, debit card or PayPal account or (ii) dispatch the goods to you or commence the services, whichever is completed last.
If a product is unavailable i.e. due to sudden demand, we will contact you to agree part delivery or offer an alternative in-stock product substitute.
Eden Mill may offer bulk discounts on some product lines and prices will be automatically calculated when choosing the product quantity. Quantities can be adjusted by you when viewing your basket.
You can check out as a guest; however, creating an account allows you to manage your account, purchase history and set your personal details and preferences.
Eden Mill places an extremely high level of importance on security and internet fraud.
Eden Mill makes every effort to ensure all orders received via the Website are thoroughly checked using the information supplied at the time of placing the order.
However, it is a possibility that we may need to contact you to make further security checks. We ask for your co-operation to allow us to complete these check as quickly and efficiently as possible. Fraudulent activity and attempted transactions are not tolerated by us, and are immediately reported to the relevant authorities. If you decline to co-operate, or the results of such checks are not to our satisfaction, we may refuse the sale.
Eden Mill use secure checkout facilities on the Website. Eden Mill appreciates that it may take a few moments longer to complete any security process during transactions – but the majority of our customers prefer security over speed. Eden Mill does not see or store your payment card details. Only the final transaction detail and method of payment is visible.
In the absence of negligence on the part of Eden Mill, we cannot be liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data provided by you when accessing or ordering from the Website.
If your online identity has been stolen and your cards are being used fraudulently to purchase goods from the Website, on discovery and on your behalf Eden Mill will inform the relevant authorities.
All goods purchased from the Website remain the property of Eden Mill until paid for in full and cleared.
As standard, Eden Mill aims to deliver orders placed before 2.30pm within 48 working hours (excludes weekend deliveries). Please refer to our Dispatch & Delivery information page.
In the event Eden Mill is out of stock of a particular item, we will call and agree the best options to allow us to send to you as soon possible.
Eden Mill accepts no liability for non-next working day delivery and will not under any circumstance compensate for said non delivery
The delivery charge is calculated by the total price of the all items ordered and this charge is automatically calculated in the shopping cart for you. Additional charges apply for shipping to the Channel Isles or Scottish Isles, Ireland & Scottish borders, or preferential / international shipping. Any opened or used consumables will not be accepted for refund or exchange.
Any consumable item (food or drink product or accessory) that has been opened or is in used condition will not be accepted for refund or exchange, except if unfit, injurious, or faulty.
Should you wish to return goods which have been ordered incorrectly or classed as non-faulty, we will accept requests returns up to 14 days after you have received the goods, where the received time for the goods starts from the date you have signed for the goods (signature from courier service is recorded for reference).
We reserve the right not to refund items that are returned in unusable or unsellable condition (e.g. damaged after delivery).
The cost and responsibility of returning non faulty or unwanted goods will also be the responsibility of the customer. We will only issue any agreed refund once the returned goods are received by us and we have agreed that the goods and packaging are in a satisfactory resalable condition and have not been used.
If packaging appears to be damaged on receipt, this must be noted with the courier during delivery and notified to Eden Mill without delay.
Eden Mill will replace such damaged items as necessary after discussion and confirmation. You are advised to take a photo of the damage as soon as possible after delivery to back up your claim.
When goods are signed for by the purchaser or appointed receiver, the customer inherits the risk for the products once they have been delivered to the delivery address which was specified when the order was placed.
Eden Mill accepts no liability for non-delivery, late delivery, or the cost of resending goods that have been delivered correctly to an incorrectly specified delivery address or where you fail to collect the products from the delivery address which you specified.
We provide the facility for you to pick up some orders in person at our distillery at St Andrews, KY16 0US, United Kingdom. When your order is ready for collection, we will email the address you supplied when you placed the order. Orders will then be held for 14 days from the date and time of the email notifying that collection is ready. If you select this facility, our site’s opening hours apply; in exceptional circumstances we reserve the right to vary these without notice. The 14 day pickup period will exclude any days or hours of exceptional site closure, but will include ordinary closure dates and times (including seasonal closures, e.g. at Christmas). After the pickup period has elapsed, we may destroy or reuse your purchased products without further liability. Any actions we take (e.g. attempts to contact you a second time as a courtesy, or assurances that the product will be held on site) will not constitute a waiver of our rights.
Eden Mill will endeavour to provide accurate images that represent the products for sale. Images are purely for illustrative purposes and packaging or product may differ slightly from the image shown. Eden Mill will accept no liability for any errors or omissions in this information.
The colour of goods or packaging may vary slightly from that shown on the Website due to limitations of browser software, photo and monitor/screen quality. Eden Mill reserves the right to amend any designs or images without prior notice.
Beer carries a ‘best before’ date. Eden Mill guarantee a minimum 28-day shelf life period prior to the ‘best before’ date i.e. products in this category will have at least 28 days for use.
None of these Terms and Conditions affects your statutory consumer rights.
You may cancel your order up until the point prior to the order being dispatched. This will depend on the time of day the order was placed. A typical cut off point would be by 15:00hrs on the day of order. It is in your interests to contact Eden Mill as soon as you know the order is to be cancelled.
If an order is cancelled before dispatch, any payments (including delivery charges) made by you will be refunded in full.
If the order is cancelled after the goods have been dispatched it will be dealt with as a ‘return’. And you will be fully liable under the returns policy stated above.
For payments made by Debit or Credit card, refunds are automatically made directly back to the payment method used. In other cases a credit will be posted against your account (where applicable).
Orders paid for by cheque or cash will be refunded by Company cheque unless otherwise stated.
Eden Mill does not accept payment by cheque.
Consumer accounts are not eligible for credit accounts to be set up.
All areas on the Website are secure and at checkout, the Website uses Barclaycard as a Payment Gateway for all credit card and debit card transactions. PayPal can also be used if you already have a PayPal account set up and active.
The Website has been enhanced to enable you to purchase our products online in a secure environment. We have a no-nonsense ordering system: simply make your purchases, and then pay at the checkout.
Alternatively, if you would prefer to arrange an order and pay over the telephone, you can do this by +44 (0) 1334 834 038 and a representative from Eden Mill will be delighted to help you with your order and associated payment. Additional information is required for the facilitation of a telephone debit or credit card payment (e.g. the cardholder’s registered postal address).
You do not have to register to use these facilities.
Eden Mill treats and handles your personal data confidentially and uses your personal information to provide the services you’ve requested through your preference settings (in the My Account area).
