For our Spiced Rhubarb Crumble Liqueur, we brought together rhubarb, vanilla and ginger to create a delicate, silky liqueur. The tart kick of rhubarb with the creamy sweetness of vanilla custard will remind you there's always room for dessert!
Tastes great served with a premium Ginger Ale, garnished with fresh lime and mint.

Nose
The sharp tang of rhubarb is offset by the soft creamy sweetness of vanilla with a gentle warming undercurrent of ginger.
Taste
Silky and sweet on the palate with the distinctive kick of tart rhubarb.
Finish
As the sweetness fades a gentle spice rounds off the finish leaving a delicate hint of ginger.
