Eden Mill’s Heritage Gin Range is inspired by the provenance of our home in St. Andrews. These signature liquids emanate what Eden Mill stands for, by combining tradition with our contemporary, pioneering spirit. Our expert distilling team has carefully created our Heritage Gin range using locally sourced ingredients, combined with inspiration from our provenance and innovative distilling techniques.
Eden Mill is on a mission to lead the way for sustainability within the drinks industry in Scotland. By constantly adapting, we are working towards a
Greener business model and a more sustainable future for distilleries in Scotland. As part of this mission, we are excited to present our full range of premium gins in our brand new bespoke glass bottle, which has been created and made in the UK and uses 18% less glass than an industry-standard glass bottle! We see this as a huge step for our brand shifting our focus from our classic ceramic bottles, but a positive step we are proud of! Passionate about our craft and future, by spring 2022, Eden Mill is aiming to open our new climate positive distillery in Guardbridge, st. Andrews, in time for the 150th anniversary of the open championships. This state-of-the-art distillery will be located within the university of St. Andrews’ Eden Campus; power and heat for the stills will be supplied by the university’s biomass plant and solar panels on the distillery’s roof.
Our pioneering pink gin is sweet, flavourful and floral. There’s something magical about this gin – one of the first we ever made. Let the white lady of St Andrews lead you by the hand to her mysterious, rose-scented garden, and enjoy Love Gin in the company of your favourite people.
Original Gin is our take on a classic London dry – with a twist. Our St Andrews distillery is on a particularly tempestuous Scottish coastline, so we were inspired to create our first gin using sea buckthorn berries, an exceptionally hardy superfood that thrives in harsh, salty, coastal conditions.
