NEW LIMITED RELEASE CASK AGED GINS.

When small-batch speciality gin meets wine-seasoned wood barrels, and magic happens. Wine casks impart flavours to the spirit, adding layers of complexity while retaining the bright, refreshing character of Original Gin. 

This range of barrel aged cask gins are sure to impress even the most discerning gin drinkers. Aged in wooden casks that have been infused with wine, this Cask-Aged Gin range has taken our Original Gin to the next level.

During this steeping process a classic Eden Mill gin is gradually enriched with the complex flavours of wine, adding layers of flavour that are more intense than you ever imagined. Each bottle of our Cask-Aged Gin has its own flavour as it matures in the cask over time.

RED WINE CASK AGED GIN

Red wine cask gin has been aged for 500 days and nights in an Italian red Amarone cask. Limited 1,220 release.

WHITE WINE CASK AGED GIN

White wine cask gin, crafted by Head Distiller Scott Ferguson, has been rested for 15 months in a French white burgundy cask. Limited 1,320 release.
