Eden Mill are so excited to reveal our latest collaboration with BonBox, a luxury handmade artisan chocolatier. After three previous sell out collaborations with BonBox, we wanted to offer something different with our new premium gins.
For our latest collaboration, we’re pairing our Neptune Gin with BoxBox’s luxury salted caramel hot chocolate to create an indulgent serve. Plus receive two Original Gin & Tonic pre-mixed cans with your hot chocolate bundle for the ultimate cosy night in package.
This bundle includes:
1 x 70cl Neptune Gin
1 x 250g Salted Caramel Drinking Chocolate
2 x 5% ALC. VOL 250ml Original Gin & Tonic cans
Place 3 heaped dessert spoons of chocolate flakes into a mug.
Fill the remainder with milk and microwave for around 2 minutes (make sure to leave a few centimetres at the top for your gin!)
Stir in 50ml Neptune Gin.
Top with whipped cream.
Garnish with chocolate shavings and enjoy!
Chocolatier Barry from BonBox trained at City of Glasgow before refining his skill at some of the city’s finest kitchens such as Le Chardon d`Or, Dakota and Chelsea Market. As Scottish Chef of the year Semi-finalist and Game Chef of the year runner up he continually pushed the boundaries using seasonal local produce to create unique flavour combinations.
Ever conscious that luxurious eating should excite all of the senses, sight, aroma, and of course memorable taste his chocolates are unique, striking and developing subtle flavours that are interesting and memorable. Taking flavours people feel comfortable with and turning them on their head with twists of intrigue such as miso, tonka, fir and sea buckthorn.
Our pioneering pink gin is sweet, flavourful and floral. There’s something magical about this gin – one of the first we ever made. Let the white lady of St Andrews lead you by the hand to her mysterious, rose-scented garden, and enjoy Love Gin in the company of your favourite people.
Original Gin is our take on a classic London dry – with a twist. Our St Andrews distillery is on a particularly tempestuous Scottish coastline, so we were inspired to create our first gin using sea buckthorn berries, an exceptionally hardy superfood that thrives in harsh, salty, coastal conditions.
