Oak Gin 

 

SUGGESTED COCKTAIL - APRICOT STONE SOUR

  • Ice: Cubed Garnish: Dried apricot, lemon zest filaments
  • 1⁄2 - egg white
  • 2tsp - apricot jam
  • 35-50ml - Eden Mill Oak Gin
  • 25ml - Fresh lemon juice
  • 20ml - Fresh satsuma juice
  • 15ml - Simple syrup
  • Method: Fill shaker with ice and ingredients, shake + strain into glassware over ice, garnish.
