Both Eden Mill and Gordon Ramsay only work with the very best ingredients, and this new gin crafted in collaboration is no exception. Ramsay’s Gin is a delicious new take on a classic London Dry Gin inspired by the taste of Scotland.
Gordon selected botanicals from along the wild coastline of Scotland, choosing ingredients native to Fife and St Andrews. He then worked with our award winning distillery to craft a unique gin that’s bursting with flavour.

Honeyberries, grown just six miles from St Andrews, form the rich and juicy botanical base, this perfectly complements the Mara Seaweed sustainably sourced from the Fife coastline.
These delicious botanicals are combined with pink peppercorn, fennel seeds, lavender, and lemon verbena to create the perfect balance of citrus, floral and savoury flavours.
The result is a delicious gin. Perfect for those occasions, when ordinary just isn’t good enough.
To help reduce our carbon footprint, Ramsay’s Gin is presented in a bespoke and sustainable glass bottle that is easily recycled and uses 18% less glass than an industry-standard bottle.

Light citrus, aromatic, floral lavender tones with a savoury seaweed edge.
Punchy and peppery on the palate with underlying zesty lime tones, giving way gradually to floral wild myrtle, rich peppercorn and tart berry notes.
Pleasant, lasting finish of bittersweet citrus & bring seaweed, accompanied by hints of fresh honeyberry.
1. Add the gin, lime juice and sugar syrup to a shaker with ice and shake.
2. Strain liquid into a rocks glass over crushed ice.
3. Drizzle creme de mure over the top of the drink.
4. Garnish with an orange peel and blackberry.
