Eden Mill St Andrews are immensely proud to announce the launch of Ramsay's Gin Recipe No. 1, a unique collaboration with world renowned chef, Gordon Ramsay.

Inspired by the rivers, lochs, and landscape of Scotland, and a shared desire to source produce sustainably, Ramsay's Gin Recipe No. 1 is an innovative and delicious twist on the classic London Dry Gin.

‘’It’s exciting to work with a team that shares my passion for experimenting with unique ingredients”, says Gordon, “and we’re very fortunate that the distillery is a stone’s throw from where these exceptional botanicals can be found’’.

Ramsay's Gin Recipe No. 1 features local botanicals personally selected by Gordon Ramsay from around Eden Mill distillery in St Andrews. The botanical base of the gin is infused with Honeyberries picked from surrounding fields. Mara Seaweed is harvested sustainably from the tempestuous, wind-battered coasts of Fife.

Gordon has paired these local botanicals with fennel seeds, lavender, lemon verbena and pink peppercorn to add a playful and spicy character. The result is a delicious Gin with the perfect balance of citrus, floral and savoury notes.

For a glorious G&T, pair with a premium tonic and lime wedge. Or for a divine dry martini mix with dry vermouth and lemon peel.

 

SUSTAINABILITY

To help reduce our carbon footprint, Ramsay’s Gin is presented in a bespoke and sustainable glass bottle that is easily recycled and uses 18% less glass than an industry-standard bottle.

BRAMBLE RAMSAY Ingredients
  • 50ml Ramsay's Gin
  • 20ml Lime Juice
  • 25ml Sugar Syrup
  • 10ml Creme de Mure
  • 1 Blackberry
  • 1 Orange peel
Method
  • 1. Add the gin, lime juice and sugar syrup to a shaker with ice and shake.

    2. Strain liquid into a rocks glass over crushed ice.

    3. Drizzle creme de mure over the top of the drink.

    4. Garnish with an orange peel and blackberry.
