OUR STORY
With a combined passion for pushing the boundaries of distilling and crafting quality recipes, Gordon Ramsay, and Eden Mill hand-selected the most exciting ingredients on their journey to creating a premium gin that is far from ordinary. It’s a journey that led to the coast of Fife and St Andrews – the home of Eden Mill – where they found some of the most remarkable ingredients.
HAND-PICKED BY GORDON HIMSELF, RAMSAY’S GIN FEATURES THE VERY BEST INGREDIENTS INSPIRED BY THE TASTE OF SCOTLAND.
Ramsay’s Gin is crafted from sweet, juicy honeyberries, grown just six miles from St Andrews. These big bold
flavours partner perfectly with the subtle, savoury notes of Mara Seaweed, sustainably sourced from the Fife
coastline, and infused with pink peppercorn, fennel seeds, lavender, and lemon verbena.
It’s a delicious premium gin for all those occasions when ordinary just isn’t good enough.
MARA SEAWEED
Sustainably sourced from the Fife coastline, mara seaweed creates a subtle savoury hint note pairs beautifully with the honeyberries to add a deeper complexity.
With sublime gin making prowess, Eden Mill infuses these wonderful ingredients with pink peppercorn, fennel seeds, lavender, and lemon verbena.
HONEYBERRIES
Forming the botanical base of the gin are the delicious honeyberries that deliver a rich and juicy flavour. They are grown in line with a natural growing philosophy, which means they retain the rich flavours that come from Scotland’s natural terroir.
Fact - Sourced less than six miles from from St Andrews.
