This entry in our Hip Flask Series is the first to have been matured in two types of cask. Having spent two years in a series of Pedro Ximenez quarter casks, then married together for a final year in an ex-brandy hogshead, this single malt whisky is richly flavoured, bringing together spicy, fig and raisin notes with sweeter apricot character and a gentle toasted oakiness.

We recommend using our Glencairn whisky glass to pour, nose and savour this unique Single Malt Scotch Whisky.
Rich, sherry fruits up front, with a sweet, apricot-like note underneath. Hints of a light, grassy character along with oaky notes.
Spicy on the palate, with a rich-bodied combination of dried fig and sweet apricot. The fruitiness lingers as oaky-vanilla notes develop
Sweet and earthy, hints of coffee / bitter chocolate. Tends to a dry, spicy finish with a dried-fruit character that builds as the spice fades.
