Fusion Malt Whisky

Fusion Malt Whisky from Eden Mill is unique to Celtic FC and limited to only 2,022 bottles. Crafting of this whisky was inspired by the team here at Celtic FC - a true fusion of cultures, flavours and pioneering spirit. The blend of Scotch and Japanese malts celebrates the fantastic arrival of four Japanese players to our legendary Scottish team.

As a warm welcome to our manager the whisky has been finished in an Australian oak cask. This fusion of malts and cask types delivers a balanced whisky with a myriad of flavours and complex character. This game changing malt is certainly not your typical spirit- just as our legendary Celtic FC is certainly not your typical club.

This special release is a combination of Bourbon and Oloroso sherry-matured whisky, as well as whisky finished in an Australian Red Wine cask. Old-gold in appearance, with barley-led sweetness along with a hint of vanilla and aromatic spiced orange. Slight pepperiness with oily citrus zest, which leads to a gentle, clean finish with delicate grassy notes. The Fusion Malt Whisky includes a presentation box.
