Launched in 2023, our two signature single malts have been met with great acclaim. They’re a taste of the single malt from our original distillery which ceased production a few years ago. With only 400 or so casks remaining, the liquid is extremely rare which means we release the bottlings on allocation each year. 

Bourbon Cask Single Malt is matured in the finest medium char American Oak barrels, giving it notes of vanilla, spiced apple, salted caramel and spice. Since launch, it has obtained several accolades including a Gold Medal at the prestigious San Francisco Wine & Spirits Competition and Silver Medals at the International Spirits Competition, the London Spirits Competition and at Whiskies of the World. 

The Sherry Cask Single Malt is aged in a combination of Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez sherry casks from Bodega José y Miguel Martín in Spain. This decadent whisky offers notes of sticky toffee pudding, Christmas cake, citrus, nutmeg and chocolate. Similarly to its Bourbon counterpart, it has also been celebrated and scooped Gold Medals at the San Francisco Wine & Spirits Competition, the International Spirits Challenge and at Whiskies of the World.  

Both these delicious single malts are non-chill filtered and have natural colour. They are the perfect gift for the whisky lover in your life who enjoys trying expressions from lesser-known distilleries - or perhaps they are already an Eden Mill fan and just need to top up their supplies! This gift also includes some decadent whisky fudge made by the St Andrews Biscuit Company and a branded pipette so they can easily add in a few drops of water to their dram, if they so wish.
