Ramsay's Spring Blossom

A refreshing fruity blend.

YOU WILL NEED

  • 40ml Ramsay’s Gin
  • 20ml Fresh lemon juice
  • 20ml Raspberry shrub
  • 2 Dashes Peychaud’s bitters
  • 100ml Aloe vera
  • Bamboo leaf for garnish
  • Edible flower for garnish
  • Raspberry for garnish
  • Cubed ice

TOOLS REQUIRED

  • Cocktail shaker
  • Hawthorne strainer
  • Fine strainer

METHOD

  1. Add Ramsay’s Gin, lemon juice, raspberry shrub, bitters and aloe vera into a cocktail shaker with cubed ice and shake until chilled.
  2. Fill highball glass with cubed ice.
  3. Double strain liquid into highball glass over ice.
  4. Garnish with raspberry, bamboo leaf and an edible flower.

Nose: Touch of warm spiced berries - strawberry, raspberries with sweet vanilla, and green fruits. Finishing with very delicate citrus pink grapefruit and floral rose petals.

Taste: Taste of rhubarb spice and sweet strawberries with vanilla, finishing with green apple citrus and a hint of rose water.

Finish: Sharp, sweet, and fruity with soft vanilla notes.
