The Ramsay's Love Club
A tipple to fall in love with - Ramsay's Gin is the perfect base for this delicious and fruity concoction!
Ingredients:
50ml Ramsay’s Gin
1tbsp dry vermouth
5 fresh raspberries
25ml raspberry cordial
25ml lemon juice
1 egg white
Method:
Add all ingredients except the ice into a shaker and shake well. Add the ice and shake again, then double strain into a chilled coupe glass. For a garnish, place 2-3 raspberries on a cocktail stick and balance on the rim of the glass.
