Ingredients
- 50ml Passion Fruit & Coconut Gin
- 150ml Pineapple Juice
- 25ml Sugar Syrup
- Topped up with prosecco
- Pineapple chunk/half passion fruit to garnish
Method
Layer all ingredients over ice in a goblet glass.
Garnish with a pineapple chunk or half passion fruit!

- 500ML Pineapple Juice
- 100ML Sugar Syrup
- 50ML Lemon Juice
- 100ML Sugar Syrup
- Passion Fruit & Pineapple chunks to garnish.
Method
Layer all ingredients over ice in a large serving jug.
