Eden Mill Candy Cane Gin is the perfect festive gin this Christmas. Think candy cane in gin form – red, delicious, with a candied, cool peppermint twist.
Hanky Panky
Ingredients
- Candy Cane 40ml
- Sweet red vermouth 20ml
- Chocolate liqueur 20ml
- Fernet Branca 15ml
Method
Mix all the ingredients in a stirring glass and pour ice over it, stir until diluted.
Strain and pour in an iced coupette/nick and Nora glass.
Garnish
Twisted orange zest.
Pink Christmas hot chocolate
Ingredients
- Candy Cane Gin 50ml
- vanilla syrup 5ml
- Top up glass with white chocolate (mug)
- Whipped Cream 15ml (top)
- candy cane crumbs
Method
Warm your chocolate with your dairy/non-diary option, once hot add 50ml of Candy Cane Gin, Top it up with whipped cream.
Garnish
Candy cane crumbs or a square of white chocolate.
Red hood/ Red Hopper
Ingredients
- Candy Cane 40ml
- Creme de cacao 40ml
- Fresh Cream 25ml
Method
Mix all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker, add ice, shake, pour using a fine strainer in a martini glass.
Garnish
Crushed candy cane on glass rim, candy cane stick or a mint leaf.
Christmas Mimosa
Ingredients
- Prosecco 100ml
- Candy Cane 15ml
- Creme de cacao /or Vanilla syrup 15ml
Method
Built-in glass, pour the liqueurs and candy cane first, top it up with prosecco et voila’.
Garnish
Handful of Raspberries.
Pepper Candy

- Candy Cane Gin 25ml
- Creme de Cacao 25ml
- Vanilla syrup 25ml
- Top up with soda
Method
