It’s been a tough few months for many of us and we feel it is more important now than ever to look after our mental health. So we want to use our platform to lift spirits and encourage you, our wonderful community to be kind to yourself!
Starting Monday 18th May, we will be collaborating with a host of brilliant small businesses to promote positivity & wellness. They will be sharing tips and tricks across our social media on how to keep your mind and body healthy and create a work-life balance during these unusual times!

Join Jacqueline for a fluid yoga session focusing on releasing tension from the shoulders, neck and back to assist in improved posture. This mid day pause is guaranteed to leave you feeling lighter, calmer and more relaxed!
