Eden Mill is excited to unveil our 2021 Release Single Malt Whisky with a limited number of 800 bottles being released in celebration of St. Andrews Day, 2021. 

This year, the 2021 Release Single Malt Whisky will also be available in a luxury hamper with only 40 available. 

Eden Mill is proud of our fourth annual whisky release and are passionate about showcasing the evolution of cask and spirit for Eden Mill Single Malt as the liquid ages and evolves over time.

This small batch of Eden Mill Single Malt is crafted using a perfect marriage of first-fill bourbon casks and ex-oloroso sherry casks, incorporating spirit distilled using pale malted barley. The result is a beautifully rich dram that carries notes of caramelised pears and fruit crumble with undertones of hazelnut praline and a long-lasting peppery finish.

Nose: Caramelised pears and fruit crumble, rich oak with vanilla syrup and sweet wafer finish.

Palate: A silky mouthfeel with a dusting of demerara sugar, dried fruit and slight peppery notes give way to almond and hazelnut praline.

Finish: Lingering notes of powdered sugar and dried fruits with a sweet spice of cinnamon.

Our 2021 Release Single Malt is the ideal gift or collector's item and comes packaged in a presentation box.
